Mashpee · Upper Cape
Mashpee is one of the four Upper Cape towns, and it’s one of the few places where the two Canal bridges are about the same drive. The two routes are within about two miles of each other. Route 130 takes you north to Route 6 and the Sagamore Bridge, while Route 151 and Route 28 take you west to the Bourne Bridge. Both end at the Canal, and we’re on Main Street on the far side.
Two routes
Take Route 130 north for about 7 miles, then merge left onto Route 6 West toward Boston. Cross the Sagamore Bridge and take the Route 6 West exit toward Buzzards Bay. Follow Scenic Highway about 3.6 miles to the traffic circle, then the Buzzards Bay Bypass to the rotary and Main St.
Take Great Neck Road North to Route 151 west, then Route 28 north (MacArthur Boulevard) over the Bourne Bridge. Follow the Buzzards Bay Bypass to the rotary and turn onto Main St.
Google Maps times with light traffic on a Saturday evening in October. OpenStreetMap routing confirms both routes (about 31 minutes each, 17.2 and 19.0 miles). Park in the lot across the street from the shop.
Questions
Either one works. Google Maps usually picks Route 130 to the Sagamore Bridge (about 24 minutes). The Route 151 and Route 28 way over the Bourne Bridge is close behind (about 27 minutes). Check live traffic and take whichever bridge is moving.

Most people find it more uncomfortable than painful, and placement matters a lot. Ribs, feet, and spine usually hurt more, and the outer arm, forearm, and thigh usually hurt less. Your artist can take breaks whenever you need one.
Yes, if it’s a quality brand. We carry a couple at the shop, including NOTATTOOPAIN. Cheap creams can make the skin rubbery and harder to tattoo.
